Settling in an unknown region is often correlated to a difficult search for living and work opportunities. New developments for the unestablishment therefore require better platforms to allow small-scale businesses to develop. Garage buildings could lower the threshold to set up shop and generate revenue also saving on affordable rent prices and commuting costs. The building’s structural rhythm consequently follows the sequence of the garage units while maintaining flexibility to implement various apartment layouts on the residential floors.
